The "summer" is drawing to a close and we will shortly be finishing beach training and returning to the pool at Atlantic College.



These are the relevant dates:



Training Night/.../ Last beach training/.../ First Pool training



Thursday/.../ 18/9/08/.../ 25/9/08



Friday/.../ 19/9/08/.../ 3/10/08



Sunday/.../ 14/9/08/.../ 21/9/08





Please note a couple of points.



There is a one week gap in Friday night training between leaving the beach and starting in the pool. This is due to an IRB competition that some of the coaches will be attending.



This is the time of year when we shuffle our training sessions about to make way for new members. This means that if you are in the older section of Friday night training then you may move up to Thursday training. Also those in the older section of Thursday training may move up to Sunday training. Your coach will advise you if you are affected by these changes.







If you have children swimming in more than one section then you will probably received multiple copies of this email, apologies for that!

We would like copies of any pictures you have of club events, social occasions, competitions etc for the website, press releases and a club cd/scrapbook. If you have any please email them to the club at southerndownslsc@hotmail.com, or pass them onto your coaches at training. Thanks.
